Review Palette
Review Palette helps small home-services businesses, such as roofers, plumbers, HVAC and cleaning companies, get more Google reviews from the customers they have served. We run it on each business's behalf.
How it works
- After a job, we ask the customer for a review by email or text message, in the business's name.
- The message links to the business's review page, which shows its name and logo.
- The review page offers two equal choices: leave a Google review, or send private feedback to the business.
- The business reads private feedback in a daily summary. If the customer asks for a call back, the business hears about it right away.
Rules we never bend
- Every customer sees the same choices. We never ask for a rating first, and nothing on the review page depends on how happy a customer seems.
- No incentives. No discounts or gifts for reviews, and no asking for a particular rating.
- Texts only with consent. We text a phone number only when its owner agreed to hear from that business. Emails always include the business's address and a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Opting out is final. Once someone opts out, that business sends them nothing more on that phone number or email address, unless they opt back in themselves.
